**Graphic Designer Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design skills and experience working with various design software such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Create visual aids and materials such as presentations, infographics, and brochures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert level in graphic design software, including InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Technical Skills:
- Expert level in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

About the Department:
The design team lead will work closely with the operations team to enhance the output of design and presentations for clients.
The primary goal of this department is to offer graphic and document support to clients for their marketing and internal deck designs.
The responsibilities of this position include prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines, maintaining standards for all communications and brand integrity, and overseeing the execution team of design analysts and specialists.
This role requires strong leadership, motivation, and mentoring skills to align team goals and ensure final artwork and layouts are visually appealing as per client branding.
Additionally, this position involves performing quality control checks at all steps and ensuring the team meets monthly and annual objectives.
In terms of technical skills, this role requires expert level knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, as well as intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects.
