Job Summary:

As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative concepts for marketing initiatives across channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create aligned designs.
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements.
  • Create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, working with North American clients.
  • Experience creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and video editing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), FIGMA, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition for impactful visual communication.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
