Strategic Communication Professional

Job Description:

As a Strategic Communication Professional, you will play a key role in transforming the way our organization interacts with its audience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Innovative Communication Strategies: Align business objectives with engaging content to enhance brand identity and drive business results.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Create captivating content for internal and external communication, including newsletters, blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage Corporate Messaging: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms to build a strong brand image.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Activities: Drive engagement through brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts to foster a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Amplify key initiatives with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor Brand Perception: Analyze communication effectiveness and optimize strategies based on insights to improve brand reputation.
  • Oversee Visual and Written Brand Guidelines: Ensure adherence to brand standards across all platforms to maintain consistency and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives.
