Business Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Expert to play a key role in supporting business operations activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of order management and accounts receivables processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in order management and accounts receivables. They will be responsible for receiving and verifying order requests from customers, raising orders in the system and updating sales order numbers and details in the SO tracker. Additionally, they will generate AR invoices/billing in Oracle ERP and send them to customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day OM and AR activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
