Job Title: Process Associate Quality Auditor Life Insurance

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Associate Quality Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance assessments and ensuring that all processes meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance assessments based on approved CTQs (Critical To Quality) lists.
  • Participate in weekly QA meetings/check-ins facilitated by the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance Manager and CI Quality Analyst to collect data and identify trends.
  • Maintain all CTQs based on published documentation.
  • Provide insights for business improvement regarding quality hygiene.
  • Support process-level issue/risk mitigation efforts.
  • Share root cause analyses and plans of action with stakeholders.
  • Disseminate regular quality updates via email and huddles.
  • Accountable for bottom quartile management on quality scores.
  • Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to processors.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Prior experience working as a Quality Auditor in back office and contact center settings is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance domains.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Life insurance and annuities market knowledge.
  • Quality framework knowledge.
  • Research and analytical skills.
