Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our data center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a shift team and ensure all planned and unplanned activities are executed within the agreed timeline with effective communication.
  • Track and close all complaints within SLA deviations.
  • Manage incidents and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with timely recommendations and periodic review of RCA.
  • Asset management, warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management.
  • 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT and 100% availability of equipment.
  • Vendor management with RAT and TAT on complaints and ensure uptime of redundant equipment.
  • Track and maintain records for all stocks as per BCP requirements.
  • Coordinate with CE Teams for customer-related queries and submit reports on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is mandatory. Proven relevant work experience in the Data Center Industry is essential. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in data center infrastructure is necessary. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are required.
