About the Role

As a creative game developer, you'll utilize our proprietary AI tool-chain to design, iterate, and judge new games and mini-apps every day. You'll take on a hybrid role combining aspects of a designer and critic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Game Development: Deliver fresh games/apps daily via internal builders.
  • Self-Evaluation & Feedback: Play, score, and annotate your own work as well as peer's output to raise the bar.
  • Prompt Optimization: Convert winning combinations into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: File concise bug / UX reports to unblock engineers and fine-tune the AI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement dashboards; adjust settings to boost retention.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Gen-AI (0-3 yrs hands-on experience).
  • Taste for gaming and ability to articulate why something is engaging or not.
  • Effective communication in English, both verbally and written.
  • Able to prioritize ideas effectively, focusing on one promising concept over multiple.
  • Bonus: basic proficiency in coding (light JS/Lua/React), marketing, or data analysis would be a plus.
