Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new product strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative customer activation programs to boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design contests, rewards, and recognition initiatives that motivate customers.
  • Develop strategic plans for individual geographies and oversee profit management for the vertical.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to existing customers and coordinate joint promotional marketing activities with the marketing team.
  • Drive automation and streamline the customer onboarding journey to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to build capabilities within the team.
  • Maintain high product audit ratings at branches through rigorous monitoring and improvement.
  • Explore alternative customer acquisition channels to expand the customer base.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and management.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
