About the Role

We're looking for a Chief Innovation Officer to be our guide to the future of beauty, skincare, and nutraceuticals. This role is all about answering one question: "What's the next star product for our brand and for India?"

You will be responsible for looking at global markets, identifying breakthrough products and trends, and figuring out how to bring those ideas home. You'll be the bridge between what's working internationally and what Indian consumers will want next. This isn't just about spotting trends; it's about having the product sense to know which ones will stick and then working with our R&D team to build them.

What You'll Do

- Scan the global landscape, especially key markets, to find the most exciting new trends in wellness, beauty, and nutrition.

- Analyze why certain products are successful abroad and evaluate their potential for the Indian market.

- Develop and own the product innovation roadmap for us, deciding which new categories and products we should invest in.

- Work closely with the R&D team to guide their focus, helping translate your insights into real, market-ready products.

- Become an expert on the Indian consumer, deeply understanding their needs and how they are evolving.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to shape the story and launch strategy for everything new you help create.

Who We're Looking For

- Someone with a strong background in product innovation, brand management, or a similar role, ideally in the D2C, beauty, or FMCG space.

- A natural trend-spotter. You have a passion for this space and an instinct for what's coming next.

- You have great product sense. You understand what makes a product great, from the ingredients and formulation to the packaging and story.

- You can connect the dots between a global trend and a local consumer need.

- You're comfortable with both creative vision and the practical details of product development.

- You are great at working with different teams and can communicate your vision clearly to get everyone on board.
