Job Overview:

Condition Monitoring Professionals play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of industrial assets.

This position involves monitoring equipment health data such as vibration, temperature, and electrical parameters for rotating machinery and critical industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor Equipment Health Data: Utilize condition monitoring software and dashboards to monitor equipment health data (vibration, temperature, electrical parameters, etc.)
  2. Review Incoming Alerts: Classify them based on severity and ensure timely response
  3. Validate Anomalies: Reduce false positives and ensure accurate escalations
  4. Escalate Critical Issues: Provide detailed supporting data and insights to relationship managers or maintenance teams
  5. Maintain Accurate Records: Record monitoring activities, alerts, and escalation actions
  6. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures: Maintain consistent and efficient monitoring practices
  7. Provide Shift Handovers: Ensure continuity of operations across teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong foundational understanding of rotating machinery and industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring data types like vibration analysis, temperature trends, and current signatures
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify abnormal patterns in data
  • Effective communication skills for clear reporting and escalation
