As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation units.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Adjust system controls to improve performance and ensure energy efficiency.
  • Test and balance air and hydronic systems to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records, documenting all work performed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and occupational health regulations.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions.

Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field is required. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
