Requirements:
  • A strong problem-solving skillset with an emphasis on product development is crucial.
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL) to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets is required.
  • Knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications/adverse effects is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for coordinating across teams.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques is expected.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling is mandatory.
  • A deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, and classification techniques, and algorithms is essential.
