Technical Project Manager Role

  • As a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will lead complex technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation strategies, and project schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in project management.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale projects within big data and analytics environments, particularly on Databricks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Knowledge of data engineering and analytics concepts.
