About the Job">

We are seeking a seasoned Data Integration Specialist with expertise in SQL Server to design, build and maintain ETL workflows that support data migration, integration and analytics initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Design, develop and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and triggers.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts and app teams to implement data mapping & transformation rules.
  • Implement data quality checks, error handling and logging in ETL processes.
  • Optimize ETL pipelines and SQL queries for high performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot ETL job failures, SQL Server performance issues and data integrity problems.
  • Document ETL processes, workflows and database designs.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
  • 7-8 years total experience (minimum 6 years relevant in SQL Server & ETL).
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, partitioning, query optimization).
  • Strong experience in SSIS, SSRS/SSAS and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Solid understanding of database design, normalization and data modeling.
  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
