Integration Specialist Role

This position involves working as an Integration Specialist, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration workflows using Informatica CAI and CDI within the IDMC platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Informatica development, specifically with Cloud and/or On-Prem solutions, and a strong background in both cloud-native integration patterns and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows using Informatica CAI and CDI within the IDMC platform.
  • Configure and manage Informatica MDM for data consolidation, cleansing, and governance.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables meet expectations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes and performance, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support deployment activities and CI/CD processes to ensure a smooth transition of code from development to production.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs and data flows.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in Informatica development, with a strong background in both Cloud and/or On-Prem solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Strong experience with Informatica CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and CDI (Cloud Data Integration).
  • Experience in configuring and supporting Informatica MDM, including defining data models, match/merge rules, and hierarchies.
  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and message queues.
  • Hands-on experience with the IDMC platform and cloud-native integration patterns.
  • Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience in data governance, data quality, and master data best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Informatica, using tools such as Git and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Exposure to data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
