Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at Holcim. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the implementation of a global transfer pricing shared service center. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and contribute to the development of transfer pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer Pricing Support: Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and documentation in compliance with international tax guidelines.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to collate information required for transfer pricing financial analyses and compliance reports.

• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare transfer pricing documentation and internal policies in compliance with OECD and local regulations.

• Legislative Monitoring: Monitor and analyze existing and proposed tax legislation and regulations, identifying issues or opportunities, and develop and implement appropriate global transfer pricing strategies.

• Coordination and Review: Coordinate with external consultants for review and finalization of contemporaneous transfer pricing reports, benchmarks, and external certifications.

• Transfer Pricing Certification: Assist in obtaining Transfer Pricing certification, including Form 3CEB in India, from external consultants.

• Master File and Intimation: Coordinate and assist in filing Master File and Intimation in India by designated Indian constituent entity and all Indian constituent entities.

• Country-Specific Support: Provide support and guidance related to country-specific transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, WHT calculation, and interpretation of tax treaties.

• Transfer Pricing Audits: Assist in managing transfer pricing audits for all foreign and domestic jurisdictions and liaise/prepared audit responses.

• Process Improvement: Proactively suggest areas for process improvements, automation, and drive implementation of approved changes with a consistent and proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Commerce or related field. Post-graduation/Inter CA will be preferred.

• Min 1 to max 4 yrs experience in transfer pricing, benchmarking work, and a fair understanding of CEB forms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and dynamic environment.
