Our team is seeking a highly skilled Associate / Senior Associate to manage client engagements in international tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing, and Litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare opinions, presentations, and proposals, researching and analyzing complex tax issues, leading briefings, and preparing submissions/paper books at the appellate stage, and advising clients on tax implications of business decisions.
- Experience in Tax Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues with experience in advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups.
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Chartered Accountant / L.L.B.
