As a Security Solutions Architect, you will design and implement customized Trend Micro solutions to meet the security needs of various stakeholders.

This role involves collaborating with business and internal teams to assess their security requirements and develop effective migration strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operating system internals, networking concepts, and Windows tools. They should also have experience working with TrendMicro APIs and proficiency in using McAfee ePO console operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess current technology environments and support methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement customized Trend Micro solutions to meet specific security needs.
  • Develop and deploy policies and tasks required for migration and operations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Trend Micro Engineer.
  • At least 6 years of experience in L2/L3 support and understanding of common corporate IT issues.
  • Deep knowledge of OS internals for Windows OS.
  • Proficient in the usage of TrendMicro APIs.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in McAfee ePO console operations.
  • Experience in McAfee application control.
  • Experience in migration from McAfee App control to TM stellarProtect.
