Are you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain industry experience? We are seeking a Cyber Security Intern to join our team

About the Role

We are a leading provider of cybersecurity consulting and services, and we are looking for talented individuals to assist us in our mission to protect against cyber threats. As a Cyber Security Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to assist with security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and contribute to the development of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of networking and operating systems, including Linux and Windows. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and Nessus/OpenVAS is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with security assessments of applications, cloud, and network environments using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Support vulnerability identification, risk analysis, and documentation in collaboration with the team.
  • Research and summarize emerging cybersecurity practices and trends to enhance our services.
  • Contribute to draft reports and recommendations based on findings and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of networking and operating systems including Linux and Windows.
  • Awareness of common security issues and frameworks used in the industry.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and Nessus/OpenVAS.
  • Freshers with CEH (EC-Council) certification are highly preferred but not required.
