About the Job: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be handling non-voice customer support processes, addressing customer queries through chat or email support. You will also be working in rotational shifts, mostly during the night. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with proper punctuation and grammar. Additionally, you should have possession of original hardcopies of all semester marksheets and degree certificate.
