About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, consolidating reports, and analyzing performance against budgets and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including actuals and forecasts for all three financial statements
  • Consolidate financial reporting from Great Plains and NetSuite into a single, unified view
  • Provide regular reporting on actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year, including variance analysis
  • Design and maintain a KPI dashboard to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain a headcount model for forecasting, variance reporting, and sensitivity analysis
  • Build departmental cost models to inform departmental leadership and drive performance
  • Develop presentations for departments, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to present results, forecasts, and budgets
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support Private Equity sponsors
  • Lead Lender Covenant Compliance Reporting
  • Collaborate with the VP of Finance to prepare audited financial statements
  • Develop business case analyses to inform strategic decisions
  • Support business development and analysis, including due diligence and valuation models
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Low ego with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Excel skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI a plus
  • Practical use of AI to automate day-to-day processes a plus
