Senior Manager Consumer Activation

Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Consumer Activation will lead the development and execution of innovative activation strategies across various platforms to drive business outcomes.

This role requires a strong understanding of activation and event management, preferably with an FMCG background.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute annual plans for consumer activation, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable results.

2. Create and implement campaigns using technology such as augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), meta-platforms, and gaming to engage and measure consumer behavior.

3. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of consumers, incorporating behavioral questions and feedback mechanisms.

4. Drive rural and higher participation in mela/fairs, exploring regional festivals and identifying new touchpoints for engagement.

5. Optimize costs through negotiation and cost-effective models, while adhering to financial tracking and SOP requirements.

6. Manage agencies effectively, including new, specialized, and regional agencies, to ensure seamless execution of activation projects.

7. Showcase best practices in activation and digital activation projects, promoting innovation and disruption within the team.
