Leadership Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startup sector.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights, with proficiency in operational management software.
  • Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement, with a keen sense of adaptability.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a plus.
