Senior Operations Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a center, ensuring the successful implementation of programs and services.

  • Program Delivery: Develop and implement effective program plans that meet the needs of stakeholders, including students, employers, and community partners.
  • Mobilization Strategies: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with institutional and government entities to ensure quality mobilization and achieve required numbers.
  • Enrolment Processes: Supervise enrolment processes to guarantee end outcomes in terms of numbers and quality.
  • Training Standards: Own the training process to ensure adherence to processes and help achieve high-quality academic results.
  • Placement Opportunities: Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives at the center.
  • Student Journey Management: Ensure a seamless experience for students from enrollment to placement.
  • Batch Progression and Outcome Analysis: Track and analyze progress and outcomes of each batch to inform future programming.
  • Support Services: Provide support to students during the placement process.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely reports and documentation of center activities.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, employers, and community partners.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage staff to ensure effective delivery of programs and services.
  • Financial Management: Manage center finances to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the center.
