Chief Software Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and resilience of our software systems.
About the Role
This position requires a strong background in software development, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Perform key aspects of software development, including design, prototyping, and coding assignments.
- SRE Team Collaboration: Function as a member on an SRE team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices and building resilient systems.
- Debugging and Remediation: Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
- Deployment and Monitoring: Lead support and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
- Automated Deployments: Automate deployments in test or production environments.
Qualifications
- Software Development Experience: 3+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.
- Hands-on Expertise: Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing.
- Agile Methodology: Experience in SRE and Agile development methodology.
- Programming Skills: Experience with continuous integration/deployment (Jenkins, Maven, XLR, BDD, Mockito, SOAPUI, JMeter).
