Job Opportunity:
Interior DesignerWe are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in bringing clients' design visions to life.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to lead designers in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces;
- Accompanying and assisting lead designers during client meetings at job sites and showrooms;
- Taking detailed notes during meetings and capturing measurements/photos of projects;
- Creating CAD drawings for client projects;
- Researching décor and materials, providing pricing, availability, stock, etc.;
- Placing orders, purchasing materials, picking up and delivering them;
- Submitting receipts for all purchases and orders;
- Tracking and communicating the status of orders; resolving problems;
- Maintaining spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials;
- Scheduling for designers, contractors, clients, and vendors;
- Responding to client questions and concerns, project updates;
- Meeting vendors, assisting with installations;
- Submitting detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage logs monthly;
- Checking daily client spreadsheets for new tasks, updating status of assigned tasks end of each day;
