Job Overview

This role involves providing post-sales technical assistance to clients and partners worldwide. You will be part of a global team accountable for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as assisting with product applications and use cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical problems and provide clear explanations over the phone and via email.
  • Ask targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause of issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Track issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
  • Educate clients on technical solutions and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, or tools.
  • Document technical knowledge in knowledge base articles and submit documentation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Required: Deep understanding of networks, CCNA certification, and experience with Linux/Unix operating systems. Strong knowledge of product software and hardware, scripting, and programming skills.
  • Desired: Subject matter expertise in one or more areas relative to AppLogic Networks product, excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical role aligned to the same field with client support experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
