Data Migration Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, managing and optimizing complex data migrations using technical skills in conjunction with AI coding assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage data migrations
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success to delight clients during migration
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management

This role requires experience with customer migrations, where you have conducted over 20 successful customer migrations. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality data migrations, document processes and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Experience with data transformation and modelling, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of key technologies used in this role include: AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor
