Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Implement and maintain quality control processes for equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise and monitor junior staff assigned to each machine or project, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments of equipment output and provide actionable feedback for quality improvements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality metrics, project progress, and any deviations from standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance measurement tools to evaluate machine and project performance.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff on quality control practices and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess equipment performance and quality adherence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in working with electrical circuits, wiring, and connections.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a machinery or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and performance measurement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar field or in electrical engineering with leadership skills.
  • Leadership experience in supervising junior staff.
  • Experience in conducting quality assessments and providing actionable feedback.
