QC Expert

Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

This role is a key member of our quality team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. The position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for:

• Performing quality control tests on raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials
• Conducting analytical testing, including chromatography and spectroscopy
• Developing and implementing new testing methods and procedures
• Providing technical support to production teams and other departments
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of testing results

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a testing laboratory, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of instrumental analysis, including ion chromatography, HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR, etc.
• Knowledge of microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, sterility testing, microbial identification, and enumeration
• Ability to understand and implement regulatory guidelines, such as USP, IP, EP
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
