The role of a Senior Finance Executive involves overseeing bookkeeping, preparing Management Information Systems (MIS), and supporting taxation compliance.

This position requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and coordination with other departments to maintain regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports to inform business decisions
  • Support taxation compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline finance processes
  • Assist in audits and statutory compliance activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is also essential.

Additionally, excellent organizational and communication skills are required to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and projects.

Maintain open lines of communication with senior management and other stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
