Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our team and oversee the management of day-to-day company affairs through litigation and court procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft various contracts, including business agreements and lease deeds, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle trademark matters, such as protection and infringement cases, and intellectual property rights, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Reply to consumer complaints and defend against judicial or quasi-judicial forums, maintaining a strong reputation for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution with a regular 5-year course or a 3-year BL/LLB degree with a graduate degree.

2. Minimum 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a medium to large organization or law firm, demonstrating expertise in contract drafting and negotiation.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel across South India for retail store visits.
