Creative Producer

At our organization, we are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Producer to lead and execute compelling video content across genres.

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled professional to own the end-to-end creative process—ideation, scripting, shoot planning, directing, and supervising post-production—for original, branded, and editorial content.

  • Creative Ideation & Execution: The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ideating, producing, and managing engaging digital video formats.
  • Content Innovation: Develop new video IPs and show formats that align with our vision and cater to our diverse audience base.
  • Production Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of shoots including pre-production planning, location management, talent coordination, and on-ground direction when needed.
  • Brand Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand teams to deliver visually engaging, on-brand content for editorial and branded deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review analytics and performance reports to iterate and improve content formats for better audience engagement and retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with anchors, marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure content consistency across platforms.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, platform innovations, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in video content production, creative direction, or digital storytelling (YouTube/digital-first platforms preferred).
  • Proven track record of building successful video formats or show IPs.
  • Strong scripting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for visuals and pacing.
  • Excellent understanding of video production workflows including shoots, lighting, sound, and editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video trends and algorithms.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A creative mindset with passion for digital media and audience-first content creation.
