Senior Creative Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Leader to drive the development of innovative and engaging content for our platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating compelling creative strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
About the Role:
As a Senior Creative Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that meet business objectives. This includes working closely with production houses, content and marketing teams to create high-quality content, building brand design architecture, and pitching creative concepts to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives

- Build brand design architecture and pitch creative concepts to senior executives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree - 10 years of creative design experience that encompasses digital, interactive, marketing, and brand design - Strong creative writing and verbal communication skills - Proven success in project management and execution across all forms of media (print, video, social, OOH, and digital mass media)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote - Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery - Experience managing creative, internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies, and freelancers - Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
