Machine Learning Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
  • Model Design and Implementation: Design and implement machine learning models (regression, classification, NLP, deep learning, etc.) using Python libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Feature Engineering and Hyperparameter Tuning: Perform feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning to optimize model performance.
  • Collaboration and Deployment: Collaborate with data engineers to integrate models into applications and APIs, and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Model Accuracy and Explainability: Ensure model accuracy, explainability, and performance through testing and validation.
  • Documentation: Document models, methodologies, and outcomes for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in ML model development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Python skills with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch; hands-on experience with SQL, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
  • Deployment Experience: Experience deploying ML models via APIs or cloud platforms.
  • Statistical Knowledge: Good understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques.
