Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Specialist to join our global team of experts. As a key member of our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be responsible for creating and annotating training data sets to enhance the accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice of AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality training data sets for AI models to improve their performance
  • Annotate data to align AI models with human values and preferences
  • Conduct thorough analysis and improvement of grammar, syntax, and sentence structure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
  • Maintain target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within specified data production windows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, or relevant fields
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
