We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
  • Work on obsolescence activities with replacements, perform testing to qualify and release in the system along with documentation
  • End-to-end ownership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that will develop into detailed drawings to manufacture those concepts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience
  • Must be comfortable working with US-based timings

Mandatory Skills:

  • Good understanding of electronics components, schematics/system interconnect
  • Select and recommend components depending upon application and circuit requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical/system-level thinking
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in part lifecycle management, change orders using any PLM system
  • Exposure to electronic components obsolescence
  • Understanding of PCB and components
  • Hands-on experience with testing electronics components-bench-level test and system-level test
  • Hands-on experience with AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software
