Job Overview:

As the Work Force Management Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to optimize staffing performance. You will analyze workforce data to forecast needs and provide actionable insights for resource allocation.

You will monitor day-to-day operations to ensure service levels are met and maintained across various departments. Your skills in scheduling and staffing assignments will be invaluable in this role.

Collaboration with department leaders is essential to identifying and resolving operational issues that impact workforce efficiency. Conducting regular training and development sessions for the team will also be part of your duties.

Supporting strategic initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention will also be your responsibility. Presenting workforce management reports and insights to senior leaders will require strong communication skills.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required. People management experience and at least 5+ years of experience in workforce management in the BPO Industry or related roles within a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
