
Bancassurance Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Relationship Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned bank.
This role involves generating leads from the bank, cross-selling financial products to customers, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leads will be generated from the assigned bank through various marketing campaigns and customer interactions.
- Cross-selling of various financial products such as insurance policies, loans, and investment products to Bank customers.
- Customer business development through relationship management and needs assessment.
- Will be responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
- Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from the assigned bank through effective marketing strategies.
- Cross-sell financial products to customers, including insurance policies, loans, and investment products.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, bank staff, and other partners.
- Sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document.
- Continuously explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with company sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including insurance policies, loans, and investment products.
