Responsibilities

  • Program Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Expertron's programs, including curriculum, features, benefits, and pricing structures. Communicate detailed information about program outcomes and potential career paths to prospective participants.
  • Enrolment Support: Facilitate participant enrollment by assisting with registration, payment procedures, and required documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with program participants, offering ongoing support and addressing inquiries throughout their learning journey. Encourage a sense of community and engagement within the program.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
  • Interest in Educational Sales: Demonstrated enthusiasm for educational sales and a willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with participants.
  • Mentoring Ability: A knack for mentoring students and sales positioning, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
