We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our financial systems, processes, and teams.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts that drive strategic decision-making.
  • MIS Reporting: Design and deliver timely Management Information System (MIS) reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Accounts Finalization: Oversee the finalization of accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely completion for audit.
  • Invoicing Management: Supervise the invoicing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • CA Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Chartered Accountants (CAs) on various financial and tax-related matters.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Analyze financial health, manage assets and liabilities, and optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business operations and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all accounting and financial practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration with internal departments to gather financial data and provide valuable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Budgeting Experience: Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Forecasting Expertise: Strong forecasting skills with ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • MIS Reporting Proficiency: Proficiency in designing and delivering MIS reports.
  • Accounts Finalization Expertise: In-depth knowledge of account finalization processes.
  • Invoicing Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing processes and procedures.
  • CA Coordination Skills: Effective communication and coordination skills when working with CAs.
  • Balance Sheet Management Skills: Ability to analyze and manage balance sheets.
  • Financial Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies related to accounting and finance.
