Job Posting for Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at Lepton Software.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

You will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect front-end solutions and drive the development of high-performance web applications.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth within the team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend teams, to deliver user-centric experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
