Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions, including creating detailed project plans, setting realistic timelines, and allocating resources.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources effectively, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required, staying up-to-date with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure projects meet established deadlines, maintaining a high level of quality and adhering to organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews, analyzing successes and areas for improvement, and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in German language is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
