At MaximaTek, we are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is a key contributor to our Analytic Consulting Group, working closely with internal and external clients to drive strategic decision-making.

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analyses using advanced tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, and R. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage data logistics, including data specifications, transfers, structures, and rules.
  • Accessing and extracting data from various sources, leveraging expertise in SAS Access, SQL, Python, and other tools.
  • Mastering data integration, merging, and quality control processes to create analysis-ready datasets.
  • Providing problem-solving and data analysis expertise, derived from programming experience.
  • Documenting and articulating analysis steps to project managers.
  • Responding to questions about data sets and analyses.
  • Familiarizing oneself with various statistical offerings and methods, including CHAID, logistic/multiple regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest SAS macro library and Epsilon data assets.
  • Participating in project design, planning, and execution, effectively managing time and resources.
  • Proactively communicating with supervisors regarding workload and assignment status, managing stakeholders effectively.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, and R programming languages.
  • Experience with data integration, merging, and quality control processes.

  • Familiarity with statistical offerings and methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
