Job Overview

This Senior Analyst position plays a key role in developing strategic price tests, providing data-driven price change recommendations, and measuring their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing cluster-specific data analytics, including necessary dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Researching, designing, and developing statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).
  • Designing and developing processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Developing scalable retail test processes and frameworks for designing experiments, testing control groups, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Analyzing Competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for Pricing team.
  • Developing executive-ready presentations synthesizing multiple data sets to inform Pricing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, economics, or any other quantitative discipline plus 3+ years' experience in an analytical role.
  • Experience in Data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, GCP, and SQL (ETL).
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate, and generate insights from disparate data sources.
  • Story building with data – Presentations depicting results in a way that can be shared across levels & actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement/Automation experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Prior Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics is beneficial.
