
Global Sales Director

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of education professionals.
- Dive sales performance by motivating the team towards achieving targets and monthly quotas.
- Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a regular basis.
- Buildeffective, long-term client relationships through prompt communication and follow-up.
- Ensure timely and accurate information exchange with leads and existing clients.
- Oversee database usage to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios.
- Present weekly reports on team sales goals and performance to senior management.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance team productivity.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Foster efficient client query resolution to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Essential Skills & Expertise:
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a sales team in the education industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Able to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Adaptable and able to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
