Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management software. You will oversee the accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and other financial resources to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

You will provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of managing large infrastructural projects, preferably in Water Supply or Power Sector.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Certifications in finance, accounting, or project management (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP).
