Ambitious Lex Bot Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned conversational AI expert with hands-on experience in designing, deploying and managing scalable Lex bots. This role is pivotal to our platform migration initiative.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building production-grade Lex bots from scratch, owning the full lifecycle of bot development, including intent and slot design, deployment and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive Experience: 6-10 years in conversational AI, with a strong focus on Amazon Lex V2.
  • Technical Expertise: Custom intent and slot configuration, multi-turn conversations, context management, fallback handling and strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces.
  • Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Lex with AWS Lambda, Amazon Cognito, Amazon Connect, REST APIs, API Gateway and JSON payload handling.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive ownership of deliverables, ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
