Enterprise Automation Solutions Leader

Achieve leadership success by designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role demands leading technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring secure and high-performing workflows across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver complex business applications leveraging the full potential of Microsoft Power Platform.
  2. Lead critical technical discussions, mentor senior developers, and align with business objectives.
  3. Architect and optimize Power Automate flows incorporating robust error handling mechanisms.
  4. Manage Dataverse entities, relationships, and security roles to ensure data integrity.
  5. Integrate solutions seamlessly with SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  6. Oversee version control utilizing Solutions and conduct rigorous code reviews.
  7. Troubleshoot performance issues and enforce industry best practices.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements and deliver impactful demos.
  9. Mentor junior team members and ensure quality-driven delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Seasoned Power Platform professional with proven leadership experience and in-depth technical expertise.
  2. Advanced Canvas Apps development (custom UI, formulas, patching).
  3. Power Automate (instant, scheduled, approval flows).
  4. Dataverse (CRUD operations, relationships, column types).
  5. Custom Security Roles configuration in Dataverse.
  6. Integration with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams.
  7. Error handling and retry policies in Power Automate.
  8. Version control understanding with Solutions.
  9. Code review using Power CAT tools or Solution Checker.
  10. Basic understanding of CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps.
  11. Power BI integration with Canvas Apps.
  12. Healthcare domain knowledge (e.g., claims, HIPAA basics).
  13. Responsive design in Canvas Apps.
  14. Basic understanding of DLP policies.
  15. Client communication and demo skills.
  16. Working with Custom connectors.
  17. Use of reusable components or Creator Kit.
  18. Power Platform CLI (basic commands).
  19. Copilot Studio and AI Builder basics.
  20. Integration with Azure Blob Storage for attachments.
  21. Power Automate Desktop basics.
  22. Writing to/from Azure SQL or Azure Functions.
  23. Using Named Formulas and performance tuning tricks.
  24. Calling Azure APIs (e.g., Graph API) from Power Automate.
