About the Role
InfoBeans is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer Lead to join our team. As a Senior Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, architecting and designing applications on the Salesforce and Force.com platform, and participating in Agile project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce applications.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 6+ years of experience implementing Salesforce and Force.com platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience in architecting and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
